These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lunaura mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Description of the Service
Lunaura is an astrology and spiritual guidance application that may include features such as:
- Birth chart, natal chart, placement, and profile calculations and interpretations
- Weekly, monthly, yearly, lunar, and celestial forecasts and guidance
- Horary question readings, tarot readings, dream interpretation, and numerology features
- Synastry, compatibility, destiny match, and relationship-focused readings
- Destiny matrix, cosmic beauty, cosmic wellness, generated-image, and other personalized insight features
Features may change over time, and some features may require an active subscription, a one-time credit purchase, or both.
4. Entertainment Only; No Professional Advice
Entertainment only: The Service provides astrology-related, numerology-related, tarot-related, dream-related, and spiritual guidance content for entertainment and informational purposes only.
No professional advice: The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, relationship, safety, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
Accuracy disclaimer: Astrology, tarot, numerology, dream interpretation, destiny matrix, compatibility readings, and related interpretations are inherently subjective. We do not guarantee that any content will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your situation.
5. AI-Assisted and Generated Content
Some features may use automated systems or third-party AI providers to help generate readings, interpretations, summaries, images, or other content based on the information you provide and the calculations performed by the Service.
AI-assisted and generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or unavailable. You are responsible for how you interpret and use any generated content. We may change, limit, suspend, or remove generated-content features at any time.
6. Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account (including using third-party sign-in such as Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your information up to date.
7. Subscriptions, Credits, Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription ("Subscription"), one-time consumable credits ("Credits"), or another paid purchase. If you purchase through Apple's App Store:
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel your Subscription in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions (or in the App Store account settings).
- Free trials: If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid Subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period may be forfeited when you purchase a Subscription, where applicable.
- Credits: Credits are digital, consumable units used inside the Service for eligible paid features. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be subject to balance limits, feature availability, and other technical restrictions. Unless required by law or app-store policy, unused Credits are not redeemable for cash.
- Refunds: Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, not Lunaura. To request a refund, follow Apple's instructions (for example, via reportaproblem.apple.com where available).
- Price changes: Subscription and Credit prices may change. Where required, Apple will notify you of subscription price increases and may require your consent before charging the new price. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
- Restoring purchases: If available in the app, you can restore purchases to re-enable entitlements associated with your Apple ID. Consumable Credit restoration may depend on account state, platform rules, and server records.
If you purchased through a different platform, your purchase is managed by that platform's billing terms.
8. Privacy and Data Deletion
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account) or by contacting us. Some information may be retained as required or permitted by law (for example, for fraud prevention, purchase records, tax, or compliance).
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative purpose
- Use the Service to make decisions that require professional, medical, legal, financial, emergency, safety, or crisis support
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service unless expressly permitted
10. User Content
You are responsible for information, prompts, questions, dreams, names, birth data, relationship context, images, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and to allow us and our service providers to process it to operate the Service.
You grant Lunaura a limited license to host, store, process, display, and use User Content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to generate the content or features you request.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, interfaces, software, and other content, is owned by Lunaura or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, Firebase, Firebase/Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud Run, RevenueCat, Google Maps, Google AI / Gemini, OneSignal, Expo / EAS Updates, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we must do so to protect the Service, users, or the public. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through the app.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunaura will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, credits, generated content, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Lunaura's total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Lunaura for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have not paid anything, 0 TRY), unless applicable law requires a greater amount.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunaura from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise, you agree that the courts of Istanbul, Turkey will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
20. App Store Terms Acknowledgement
If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these Terms, is not responsible for the Service, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
